**Return Exceptions and Limitations**

Kampot Pepercorns.
Returns may also be limited based on the following:
Damage caused by dropping and/or knocking the product, Water damage or anything not caused by defect in manufacturing or usual use of product.
* Returns must be initiated within 2 years of the delivery date.
* sale or discounted items are included but will not be refunded at the original full price.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
**Exchanges and Refunds**
* **Exchanges:** We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
* **Refunds:** Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
